About Us
Blomster Anna is a flower and plant shop run by the Hamakoji family. Blomster means “flower” in Swedish, and that name was chosen because Anna Hamakoji, the shop’s namesake, is from Sweden.

Blomster Anna opened in April 2008, but the Hamakoji family have a long career in the flower business in Ibaraki.

The owner and manager of the shop is Mr. Setsuji Hamakoji and his wife, Anna, and their three sons help to run the shop.
We mustn’t forget to introduce the most important member of our staff! Momo-chan, Tsukuba’s friendliest dog, is the real boss, as you can see by her very official nametag. If you happen to visit the shop when Momo-chan is supervising, you will be treated to a very warm greeting indeed.
